Terms of Service

Project scope and timing

Your project plan, checkout and confirmation describe the selected service, deliverables, price, production date and included revision. A plan or estimate is not a reservation until payment is completed and the production window is confirmed. If project-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the confirmed project-specific terms control.

Any 48-hour delivery statement refers to the first complete version of the agreed scope after the scheduled production start. It depends on receiving usable final content, access and instructions on time. Client delays, scope changes, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may move delivery dates.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely feedback and the content, permissions and account access needed for the work. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you submit and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Never send passwords, recovery codes or payment-card details through a brief or message.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, platform subscriptions, fonts, stock assets or taxes are separate unless the confirmed scope expressly includes them. PayPal processes payments under its own terms.

Requests outside the confirmed scope require a new quote or project. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any refund depends on work already performed, committed production time, non-refundable third-party costs and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits a mandatory statutory right.

Deliverables and intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the final approved deliverables for your business. Rights in your supplied materials remain yours. Pre-existing tools, methods, templates, code, fonts, stock assets and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licences. Editable source files are included only when stated in the confirmed scope.

Drafts and unused concepts are not licensed for use. We will identify material third-party licence requirements that are part of the chosen deliverable where reasonably practical.

Accounts and files

Keep account access and private project links secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it was compromised. We may restrict access that threatens the service, other users or legal compliance. Download and retain your final files; the workspace is not a permanent archival service.

Service limits

We provide the service with reasonable professional care. Except for obligations that cannot legally be limited, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes, or losses caused by material or instructions you supply. Our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. Changes do not retroactively replace a confirmed project agreement unless both sides agree or the law requires it. Please contact hello@48hrs.cc first if there is a concern so we can try to resolve it promptly.
